the thread that connects us

This is where we introduce the project and give some background.  Some of this content will be in the “about the project page” but right now I’m just typing in this space to see what it will look like.  In future posts we will include photos of the letters exchanged, the project that has been proposed, the mindfulness approach that is being considered, etc.
